CIPD membership is an internationally recognised award, renewed annually. It demonstrates your credibility, your ongoing commitment to continuing professional development, and your adherence to the CIPD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics.

CIPD qualifications assess your knowledge at a given point in time. On successful completion of any CIPD qualification, you'll become a member of the CIPD.

Most employers seek more than a qualification when recruiting people professionals. They look for an indication of professionalism that shows an individual’s commitment to raising their standards of knowledge, capability and ethical practice.

CIPD membership demonstrates to employers that an individual has a certain level of professional knowledge and competence, is committed to their continuing professional development, and adheres to the CIPD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics.

CIPD qualifications are one of the most respected and valued qualifications for people professionals and demonstrate to employers that an individual has achieved a defined level of professional knowledge.

We work closely with employers, apprentices and training providers to deliver successful apprenticeship outcomes. We deliver End Point Assessment (EPA) for five standards from level 3 to level 7.

As an End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) we’re Ofqual-recognised and have been considered as outstanding overall by our External Quality Assurance Provider (EQAP).

Our qualifications are delivered by approved study centres and universities across the world and all lead to CIPD membership. Our new qualifications will not affect the outcome of your current studies.
