The Code of Conduct and Ethics sets out the obligations of all CIPD members. We take concerns regarding alleged breaches of the Code very seriously and will continue to do so.
We review our Code of Conduct and Ethics regularly to make sure the Code continues to fulfil its purpose as the people profession and the wider world of work evolve. We recently ran an extensive review of the Code, putting stronger emphasis on ethical practice.
We ensure that the requirements of the Code are well reflected in the knowledge and behaviour standards of the Profession Map.
