Technology has drastically changed the way we work and improved many of the systems we use, but it also has the potential to create serious challenges and ethical conflicts. This article reviews the impact of these technologies on the role of people professionals and looks at issues that people professionals might need to deal with in the future.

Hayfa joined us in 2020. Hayfa has degrees in computer science and human resources from University of York and University of Warwick respectively.
