Sustainable HRM: practices and challenges

To kick-start the 2022 CIPD Ireland Regional series the CIPD Midwest Region were delighted to host the first webinar of the year.

We live in a world where the growing economic, social and environmental challenges that are facing us on a global scale are now being considered at a local level. There is increased pressure for organisations to contribute to the creation of economic and societal progress in a globally responsible and sustainable way. In this context HRM has the potential to play a key role in contributing to an organisation’s sustainability efforts.
