Experience Assessment is a fast-track non-study route to CIPD Associate or Chartered membership that enables people professionals to use their real-world experience to showcase how they meet the membership criteria.
It's a great way to support members of your team to gain CIPD accreditation without them having to sit an exam or study for a CIPD qualification.
Experience Assessment is a great way for employers to recognise the impact that people professionals within their teams are making.
For those in your team who are already CIPD Members (Associate or Chartered Member), upgrading is a short experience-based assessment, to advance their credibility and their visibility as people professionals.
During an hour-long assessment, guided by an expert CIPD assessor, they’ll be asked to provide examples of their work – and have those examples measured against CIPD’s Profession Map.
Upon successful completion they’ll be able to upgrade to Chartered Member or Chartered Fellow membership – with all the recognition and credibility that brings.
