Pregnancy and maternity discrimination: extending redundancy protection for women and new parents

In January 2019 the Government launched a paper asking for employer, business, and parents’ views on extending redundancy protection for women and new parents. In its response, the CIPD conducted a survey to investigate how useful existing guidance for employers and people professionals is, and whether there are any gaps.
