Our Learning hub is the professional development and learning platform from which you access the CIPD Learning online programmes you have either purchased or which come free as part of your membership.

The hub offers flexible, personal learning journeys that you can access anytime, anywhere, on any device.

Welcome to the CIPD Learning Hub.
A professional development and learning portal designed to put you in control of your own personal learning journey, build your capability and thrive in a changing world of work.

When you first log in, you'll come to the home page. From here, you can access your courses and check for any platform announcements. On the right of the screen, is your learning plan at a glance. There's also a shortcut to add a reflection.

In the purple navigation bar are shortcuts to self-assessment, where you can assess your capability against the profession map standardsand address any gaps through learning recommendations tailored to you.

My learning plan, where you can create and curate your own plan tailored to meet your learning objectives and my CPD reflections, where you can review and reflect on your completed learning activities and gain the most from your learning.

Get back to the home page using My Home. Course Progress shows your course interactions. And you can go to the FAQs and help page any time you need support.

To access your account settings and profile details, click your name at the top of the screen. Alongside your name are icons that provide quick access to platform notifications, discussion alerts and your courses.

Use the tool to identify any gaps in knowledge you may have against the Profession Map, the international standards for the people profession. Take advantage of tailored recommendations for learning modules that can help you achieve the level you’ve set your sights on.

Learning Plan

My CPD Reflections tool

Use this tool to review and reflect to gain the most from your learning. When you purchase a learning hub course, you have unlimited access to your course content for twelve months and to the Learning hub for twenty four months, giving you the chance to go back over your reflections when putting your learning into practice after completing the course.

How to access the Learning hub

I’m a new CIPD member

When you become a member, we will set up an account for you on the CIPD Learning hub. This process can take up to two working days.

However, to log in to the Learning hub, you will have to first set up a CIPD web account. Once you have an account, you can use the same credentials to log in to the Learning hub.

I’m an existing CIPD member

I’m not a member

If you are not a CIPD member, you will provided access to the hub following the purchase of one of our CIPD Learning courses.
